The Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team. As a key member of their nursery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children.
Salary: £28,538 – 29,847
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
• Assess children’s development and create individualised learning plans
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Job Requirements

• Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification – essential
• Exceptional understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Strong relationship-building skills to create a positive and supportive environment for children, parents and colleagues
• Strong understanding and experience in implementing safeguarding procedures and policies
• Experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for early childhood education
