The Role

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide compassionate and effective care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work closely with patients to develop personalised care plans, administer medication, and monitor their progress. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medication and monitoring patient response
• ?Providing therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or counseling
• Supporting patients in managing their mental health conditions

Role Requirements

• A valid NMC PIN and registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Proven experience in a mental health setting in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
