The Role

Are you a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist looking to make a positive impact on the lives of others? We’re seeking a dedicated individual to be part of our client’s Rehabilitation Team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care.

Salary: £21.79/hour
Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities: 

• Patient Care: Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing expert care to patients with complex medical conditions.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Clinical Leadership: Mentoring Band 5 Physiotherapists, support workers & students, leading case conferences, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
• Administrative Duties: Managing caseloads, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to clinical governance guidelines.

Role Requirements: 

• A relevant physiotherapy qualification and current registration with the HCPC.
• Proven experience in community rehabilitation, including complex case management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Must have current UK professional registration.
